Based on a true story following WWII, a young 8-year-old girl is forced to make a life-altering choice; leaving everything she has and going with her poor mother to Canada or staying behind in Germany with her rich, but an overly protective father.

War Child was made in the Humber College Bachelor of Film and Media Production Program for the Advanced Directing class. The task was to write, produce and direct a short 3-5 minute film with only one shooting day, and a minimum of 3 characters.
