Lore, a half-human half-rat young girl is abandoned by her family and lives in an orphanage. Belittled for her rat-like appearance she leaves it behind for a life of solitude in the depths of the forest. She finds an abandoned home and fills it with used furniture and books she scavenges from garbages. She lives day by day alone until one day a clockwork bird breaks its wing right outside her home.

This was made in the Bachelor of Film and Media Production Program at Humber College. The purpose of this assignment was to make a film in connection to another platform (Multi-platform Storytelling). The Story of Lore would continue in an online web video game format.

This is my first ever stop-motion film with no professional/educational training. Making this film took around 2-3 months to make and was a serious learning experience that opened my eyes to a new medium.
